Either you pay a fair price for the players, or you don´t buy them. I even make things easier by accepting offers below market value. What I won´t accept is people expecting to get players for next to nothing and then profit from future transfers. With me, that won´t happen. I don´t need players who aren´t Maltese, whether they´re in Argentina or anywhere else. And on top of that, some of you criticise farms while, at the same time, expecting me to bring in players from your countries so that, if they´re good enough, they may eventually represent your national teams. What happened with the latest Argentine player to come out of my academy was a disgrace. He was on the market for two weeks, and people just kept waiting for him to become practically free. The only thing that achieved was getting him released. Released In 18/09/2026 |
