A crowd of 50000 arrived at the stadium (with a full capacity of 50000 terraces) to see Argentina Under-21 - Italy Under-21! These are some great conditions for football as the sun shines in the sky!

The players of Italy Under-21 seem to be successfully using their first-time shots ability. Italy Under-21 is now playing a little more advanced on the field. The marking style applied by Argentina Under-21's players is working very well today. After 6 minutes, Cesare Fargetta recovers the ball in the opponent's midfield, and with a magnificent pass manages to play Elio Piola clear but he is caught by Diego noziglia, who in turn makes an interception resulting in another corner kick. After 83 minutes, Stefano Pulici crosses brilliantly to the box where Ermanno Zabeo gains position and heads the ball... but the ball goes over the bar! 87 minutes according to the clock, a crossed pass to the box by Stefano Pulici finds Elio Piola clear, however José Luis Saavedra tackles well and concedes a corner kick for Italy Under-21!

At the end of the match Italy Under-21 won easily, so after their slender one-goal lead at the end of the first-half they were able to put some more onto the scoreboard in the second-half and secure the win in style.
