Planetarium Manager Refund Policy
Our services Refund Policy is as follows:
All our non-SMS services have a three day refund period.
This refund is only possible if your PM Coins balance is enough for the amount to be refunded. If you have bought 5850 PM Coins for 25€, you need to have 5850 PM Coins in your balance in order to be refunded for your 25€ payment.
The SMS-services are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated by our rules infringement.
By buying any of our services you are automatically agreeing with our Refund Policy.
The official language of the game is English, therefore the official Refund Policy is always the English version in case there are differences in the translated versions. |
